DUBLIN- Auxilion, a leading provider of Managed IT services and solutions in Ireland, today announced that it has been shortlisted in three headline categories at the 2025 Tech Excellence Awards: Company of the Year, Managed Services Company of the Year and Marketing Excellence Award. The annual awards, organised by TechCentral, honour organisations and individuals whose innovation, technical leadership and commercial results have advanced Ireland’s technology sector over the past year. Winners will be revealed on 22 May 2025 at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire.
These nominations follow a year of strong growth for Auxilion. In 2024, the company recorded double-digit revenue expansion, opened a new service-delivery centre in Sheffield and grew its team to more than 320 technology professionals across Ireland and the UK. Auxilion has also completed a Cloud Centre of Excellence that enables regulated customers to adopt Microsoft Azure and hybrid-cloud environments with enhanced governance, AI-driven automation and integrated cyber-resilience. Alongside these milestones, the business secured ISO 22301 accreditation for business-continuity management, underscoring its focus on operational excellence.
“Recognition across three categories validates the commitment of our people and the trust of our customers,” said Philip Maguire, Chief Executive Officer at Auxilion. “We invested heavily in AI-enabled automation, expanded consulting capability and reinforced our customer-centric culture. It is encouraging to see that strategy acknowledged by the independent judging panel.”
Company of the Year nominees are assessed on business performance, innovation and community contribution. Auxilion’s submission highlighted its work with public-sector agencies, financial-services firms and healthcare providers, including a nationwide digital-workplace migration that now supports more than 42,000 civil servants working hybrid schedules and has reduced support tickets by 37 percent while lowering annual CO₂ emissions by an estimated 1,300 tonnes.
For Managed Services Company of the Year, judges examine service maturity, technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Auxilion’s 24 × 7 Managed Services Operations Centre, mirrored in Belfast for resilience, monitors more than 12,000 servers, 9,500 network devices and 350,000 endpoints worldwide. Predictive analytics and automated remediation have shortened mean-time-to-restore by 38 percent while maintaining a customer-reported satisfaction score of 9.3 out of 10. The operations centre recently integrated generative-AI incident summaries, giving clients clearer root-cause insight within minutes of resolution and enabling faster post-incident decision-making.
The Marketing Excellence Award celebrates data-driven campaigns that demonstrate measurable impact. Auxilion’s 2024 programme, themed “Transformation with Assurance,” combined independent research, peer-to-peer roundtables, immersive digital content and targeted account-based tactics. Analytics confirm the campaign yielded a 28 percent increase in qualified pipeline, a 41 percent boost in C-suite web engagement and a 15-point rise in Net Promoter Score across enterprise accounts within six months of launch.
Looking ahead, Auxilion plans to extend its ServiceNow-based automation framework, introduce additional ISO 22301-accredited services and expand its graduate intake programme in partnership with Universities in Ireland such as MTU. The company will also publish a sustainability roadmap that sets science-based targets for carbon reduction and responsible procurement, building on its membership of the United Nations Global Compact and participation in the Irish Government’s Climate Enterprise Action Fund.
Gillian Pollock, Marketing Director at Auxilion, added: “Our goal is to be the partner of choice for organisations that view technology as a strategic driver of resilience, growth and positive societal impact. The Tech Excellence shortlistings confirm that we are on the right path.”
