In celebration of Women in Construction Week 2025 (March 2–8), Burnham Nationwide is honoring five remarkable women across its nationwide offices whose leadership, technical expertise, and long-standing dedication exemplify the firm's values and impact. Women in Construction Week is organized annually by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) to raise awareness of the growing presence of women in a traditionally male-dominated industry and to highlight their contributions across all facets of construction.¹ Despite making up only about 11% of the industry’s workforce, women continue to shape and lead critical projects and teams nationwide.²
