Cree LED, a Penguin Solutions brand (Nasdaq: PENG), today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against NanoLumens, Inc. The lawsuit asserts that NanoLumens has infringed Cree LED’s rights in the following patents by selling certain display products: U.S. Patent Nos. US8049230, US9054257, US9831393, US7718991, US9240395, and USD691100.
