Aledade Names Lalith Vadlamannati, Ph.D., as Chief Technology Officer

Accomplished tech leader brings more than two decades of experience in engineering and technology innovation

Aledade, the nation’s largest network of independent primary care, announced today the appointment of Lalith Vadlamannati, Ph.D., as its new chief technology officer (CTO).

Vadlamannati brings over two decades of experience in leading technology transformation and innovation across diverse industries, including health technology, eCommerce and supply chain management. Vadlamannati will lead the development and execution of Aledade’s technology strategy and accelerate the delivery of innovative tools that drive clinician satisfaction and patient outcomes for Aledade partners. Aledade's technology has earned a Best in KLAS designation and 88% of current partners rate Aledade’s products and services as high quality. Vadlamannati will report to Aledade co-founder and CEO Farzad Mostashari, M.D.

Vadlamannati most recently served as CTO at Hinge Health where he spearheaded advancements in personalized and automated musculoskeletal care through AI and wearable technology. Before joining Hinge Health, Vadlamannati was vice president of engineering at Amazon, where he led the international expansion program for Amazon eCommerce. There, Vadlamannati built and scaled a high-performing technology organization that enhanced global eCommerce platforms and built cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for consumer and business services in India and emerging markets. He holds a Ph.D., from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
