Boxlight and Digital Age Technologies Deliver Transformative Learning Solutions for Warren Consolidated Schools

The long-standing partnership between Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL) and Digital Age Technologies (DAT) continues to drive innovation and excellence in education technology. United by a shared mission to empower educators and inspire students, Boxlight and DAT have built a foundation of trust, flexibility, and service that extends directly into classrooms—most recently showcased through their collaboration with Warren Consolidated Schools (WCS) in Michigan.

By combining Boxlight’s innovative, integrated solutions with DAT’s responsive service and training, the partnership has helped WCS modernize its teaching environments with tools designed to improve engagement, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness.

A Partnership Built on Trust and Innovation

The collaboration between Boxlight and Digital Age Technologies spans many years, united by a shared mission to enhance teaching and learning through reliable, accessible, and forward-thinking technology. Together, the companies have helped districts like WCS transition seamlessly to modern, interactive learning environments that promote engagement, inclusivity, and digital equity.

“Warren Consolidated Schools’ recognition of DAT is a reflection of the power of true partnership,” said Mark Jones, VP Sales/Americas at Boxlight Corporation. “At Boxlight, we are proud to collaborate with exceptional integrators like DAT, whose dedication to service excellence ensures that educators receive not only best-in-class products like the MimioPro G, but the personalized support and training that make these solutions truly effective.”

Transforming Classrooms Through Collaboration

In a letter dated November 7, 2025, Nick Pitrone, Director of Information Systems for Warren Consolidated Schools, commended Digital Age Technologies for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to the district’s goals.

“Digital Age Technologies (DAT) has been a trusted partner at Warren Consolidated Schools for many years, successfully completing multiple audio-visual classroom refreshes,” wrote Pitrone. “DAT is currently finalizing a district-wide PA system upgrade while simultaneously, through a separate bid package, conducting a classroom A/V refresh across our schools.

After a comprehensive evaluation, WCS’s technology bond committee determined that its existing interactive displays and projectors had reached end-of-life. Following a pilot program evaluating three different displays, Boxlight’s MimioPro G 86” was unanimously selected by teachers and administrators for its intuitive software, faster response time, and larger, clearer display.

“The MimioPro G 86” was unanimously selected for its intuitive software, faster response times, and larger screen,” said Pitrone. “As of November 7th, the project is over 50% complete.”

To minimize classroom disruption, DAT installed approximately (10) MimioPro panels per evening, ensuring classrooms were ready for instruction the next morning. Certified Boxlight trainers followed each installation day with on-site professional development, providing teachers with hands-on guidance and immediate classroom application.

“This approach has generated considerable positive feedback from teachers and administrative staff,” Pitrone added. “DAT consistently stands behind its work and products. Time and again, they have proven their reliability and their commitment to customer service in school projects is exemplary. Without hesitation, we would choose them again.”

Shared Success: Three Partners, One Vision

The success at Warren Consolidated Schools reflects the dynamic synergy of three partners—Boxlight, Digital Age Technologies, and the WCS leadership team—each bringing a critical element to the initiative’s success:

  • Boxlight: Advanced, reliable, and scalable classroom and campus communication technologies such as the MimioPro G interactive display.
