Beale Infrastructure Expands Leadership Team and Accelerates Buildout of North American Digital Infrastructure Platform

Beale Infrastructure (“Beale”), a developer of sustainable data centers and utility-scale infrastructure, today announced two executive appointments to drive its next phase of expansion. The additions of Julian Kudritzki as Chief Operating Officer and Courtney Jolicoeur as Chief Financial Officer deepen the company’s operational and financial capabilities to scale execution across North America.

The appointments follow Beale’s 2024 platform launch to meet accelerating demand for responsibly sited data centers, energy and infrastructure. Beale develops projects in partnership with utilities, local governments and community stakeholders to align digital infrastructure investments with regional priorities for growth and environmental stewardship. Beale is a portfolio company of funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, one of the world’s largest private investors in digital infrastructure.

“Digital infrastructure growth is accelerating, but the industry faces constraints navigating community partnerships, interconnection backlogs and aging infrastructure. Hyperscale data centers require a deeply thoughtful approach,” said Ayla Matthews, Managing Director of Digital Infrastructure at Blue Owl Capital. “Beale has built its platform to reflect these new market realities. With Julian and Courtney bolstering an industry-leading bench of development and execution talent, Beale is exceptionally well positioned for growth.”

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kudritzki leads Beale’s commercial activities, customer engagement and end-to-end product execution. Mr. Kudritzki brings more than 20 years of experience scaling and executing digital growth strategies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue & Product at Ada Infrastructure, where he led the delivery of 900 MW of capacity across three continents. Prior to Ada, he built and led Microsoft’s Azure Infrastructure Strategy & Development team, which deployed more than $50 billion in cloud infrastructure investments across 16 countries.

“Beale is positioned to solve one of the defining challenges of our time - delivering power-secure, responsibly-sited infrastructure to enable North America’s digital transformation and buildout,” said Mr. Kudritzki. “The team, mission and institutional backing are exactly what’s needed to meet this moment. I look forward to partnering with Beale’s customers and communities to execute high-quality projects with sustainable long-term impact.”

As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Jolicoeur is responsible for leading the company’s capital sourcing, risk management and financial governance activities. She previously served for nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Unico Properties, overseeing corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, accounting, institutional relations and systems implementation. Her background also includes financial leadership roles at Amazon, VEREIT/Cole Capital and EY, with extensive experience in large-scale real estate and infrastructure portfolios.

“Beale’s model is built around responsible development practices and committed long-term partnerships,” said Ms. Jolicoeur. “I’m thrilled to help shepherd these multi-billion dollar investments into North American communities and to scale Beale’s platform operations.”

Beale is advancing multiple large-scale data center and infrastructure projects into construction this year in regions positioned for long-term technology sector growth. These markets offer strong utility partnerships, skilled workforces, and the land and power availability required for cloud and AI infrastructure. The company recently hosted community and state leaders onsite for its first groundbreaking in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, where an initial $1 billion investment phase is underway, with completion expected in early 2027. Beale has also announced projects in Arizona and Kansas.
