London, England (UK) - After years marked by setbacks, betrayal, wrongful imprisonment, industry backlash, and personal loss, former Gaza VP Sikka Rymes—born Javian Chambers—is stepping back into the spotlight with renewed purpose. Now performing under the simplified moniker Sikka, the Trench Town native dropped his powerful new single “IKnow” on December 1, 2025, through his imprint Sikk Records, powered by a newly inked deal with Virgin | Radar Live.

December 1 is more than a launch date—it is a full-circle marker in Sikka’s life. On that same day in 2019, he survived multiple gunshot wounds after a performance in Jamaica, sparking a chain of challenges: defamation, a wrongful conviction, 15 months in UK detention at
Wandsworth and Huntercombe, and ongoing health battles related to Type-1 diabetes. All of this unfolded while he navigated separation from his children and mourned the passing of his mother, Angella Jarrett, in 2023—a loss that deepened the message behind his earlier anthem “Stay Strong.”
These experiences shape Still Strong, a project rooted in survival, loyalty, accountability, and artistic rebirth. For Sikka, “I Know” is a moment of reclamation.

“‘I Know’ is the sound of my truth finally breathing,” Sikka says.
