Sheth Jeebun — Founder, Vayu Earth
A visionary leader and advocate for sustainable living, ethical home décor, and artisan empowerment.
With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare—where he founded and operated five nursing homes—Sheth Jeebun has dedicated his life to social impact. After witnessing inequalities during his travels, he shifted his focus to championing artisan craftsmanship and fair-trade practices, particularly for women in developing regions.
In 2022, Sheth embarked on a global journey to build partnerships with artisan communities. His goal: support more than 30,000 women artisans in rural areas provide sustainable income, fair wages, and financial independence preserve cultural heritage through handcrafted products

Sheth leads Vayu Earth with a commitment to sustainability, eco-friendly materials, slow living principles, and ethical craftsmanship. His philosophy is simple: luxury is meaningful when it supports people and the planet.
Trushna Adalja — Co-Founder & Business Development Manager
A driving force behind Vayu Earth from day one, Trushna left an 18-year career in finance to pursue a mission rooted in empowerment and sustainable home décor. With no background in e-commerce or product development, she reinvented herself—learning everything from website design to warehouse management.
Alongside Sheth, she travelled to meet women artisans in rural communities, listening to their stories and working hands-on to build fair-trade partnerships.

Hanh Tam Hoang holds an MSc in Management with Digital Marketing and brings hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. With a deep love for handmade crafts, she plays a key role in building and growing the sustainable home décor brand Vayu Earth. In her role, she leads marketing initiatives that share the beauty and sustainability of Vayu Earth’s products with a wider audience. Tami’s creativity and dedication are central to connecting with customers, driving the brand’s growth, and promoting the essence of conscious, handcrafted design.
Ryan Wong — Senior Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Ryan Wong has over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, and leadership, with a passion for purpose-driven brands. Having worked in both global corporations and startups, he brings expertise across marketing, content, partnerships, and user experience. At Vayu Earth, he applies his skills to make sustainable, eco-friendly living accessible and inspiring.
